What if I don't have hair loss, but just want to prevent it in the future?
(A) This is the best time to take control of your potential hair loss. If your parents and/or grandparents have balding and/or thinning Folli-renew is the perfect answer to avoid or at least substantially postpone your hair loss.
If someone else in my family has hair loss, will I be at risk?
(A) This is probably the best indicator of what may be in store for you down the road. We at Folli-renew, highly stress the importance of preventative action, BEFORE the hair loss starts.
Is my being a client or consultation confidential?
(A) Of course, all information given in the consultation and the treatments are kept confidential at all times, both during and after the treatments are complete.
Can I try out the treatment after my consultation?
(A) We offer a free first session so you will know exactly how stimulating the treatment is. This takes place after the initial consultation. In fact during the initial consultation we will offer to take a photo of your present condition so you will get a third party view of the back of your head. This is then shown on a large screen TV in the privacy of the manager's office. No surprises there.
Is there anything special I have to do before/after my consultation or treatment?
(A) No. There is nothing special that is needed to do either before or after the treatments. We care about you and your situations, and we offer various suggestions to health and stress management, which can help to see your results quicker.
Do you do a hair analysis?
(A) We do not feel that there is a requirement to do hair analysis on our potential clients. There are a large number of reasons for hair loss. A simple hair analysis would not be all that practical. Instead, we rely is "good ole' quality service" and consideration of your circumstances.
What can I expect when I visit your clinic?
(A) You can expect to be treated with respect, courtesy and a genuine interest in being helped with your problem. Nothing would make us happier than another satisfied client sharing their success story of how Folli-renew helped with their hair loss problem.
Will the procedure hurt?
(A) The procedure is completely painless. In fact, clients say that they almost fall asleep because it is so relaxing.
How would you describe the feeling of the treatments?
(A) In a one word answer "RELAXING". Other words that come to mind are revitalizing, stimulating, and rejuvenating.
Are there any chemicals involved?
(A) There are no chemicals, drugs, or any other man-made products used in this procedure.
Why do similar treatments at another clinic make me detoxify my scalp and/or hair?
(A) This could be for a variety of reasons, but most probably it is used to make the client feel that he or she is getting something for nothing. It compares to the earlier days of computers where people were convinced they were wrong because the computer says so. We now know how accurate computers are. Would you trust a computer without a cross checks?
Are the "instruments" or any other apparatus sterilized after each treatment?
(A) All our instruments are always sterilized before each treatment. There is no item that is cross-used between clients without being sterilized first.
Do I have to make an appointment for a treatment?
(A) While appointments make it very easy for you to be able to schedule your time, we do accept walk-in clients on an "as available" basis.
How long will it take to see results?
(A) This is an interesting question. If you are having your hair fall out during a shower, you will be excited to know that within two to four treatments your hair should stop falling out. You will definitely see results before the 195-minute mark of the treatment plans. There are pictures taken at the start of the program and then every 100 minutes, so by the time the 195 minutes rolls around you will have the three photos to see your amazing results.
Do results differ from men to women?
(A) There is a basic difference between men and women on many things, but hair loss is not that different. Our procedure works just as well on either men or women, with women usually seeing more body sooner as they typically have longer hair.
What qualifies as a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
(A) At the 195-minute level you will have an opportunity to see three sets of photographs. The first taken at the start of the programs, the second at 100 minutes, and the final one taken after 195 minutes of treatment. These will be seen in print and are also on the monitor in the manager's office. Growth changes will be evident in these pictures, which will prove the validity of the guarantee.
What if I am not 100% satisfied with the results?
(A) If there is no increase in the growth of the hair, your money will be cheerfully refunded to you. Everything that you were charged will be fully refunded, and we hold back no hidden charges or fees. We as a company want you to be 100 % satisfied with your results.
How realistic should I be that Folli-renew Hair Strategies system would work for me?
(A) If you are accepted into the Folli-renew program, it will be because our staff feel that you are a good candidate for the program, and with the guarantee backup you will have nothing to lose by trying the program. One thing that you will be assured of is that if there really is very little hope for you, we WILL tell you while trying to be as sensitive to the situation as possible. We will offer other options that might be better suited to you at that time also.
Why is it better for me to buy in a package?
(A) We have four packages available, and due to the time hair takes to grow, these packages seem to represent the most viable way to treat the scalp. The other reason for the package system instead of individual treatments, is to keep you, the client, on a regular program with which to maximize your treatment period.
Do you offer financing on-site?
(A) We have a zero % interest financing available to clients. This is offered at the time of sale and there is no pre-qualifying for this service. We feel that you are already suffering from the hair loss or thinning, why make it more difficult to get the help you want and deserve.
Does private insurance (extended) or BC Medical cover any of the treatment costs?
(A) Unfortunately this program does not qualify for any insurance coverage at this time. Perhaps in the future that could change.
Will I be charged for a consultation if I do not start any treatments?
(A) We do not charge for consultations at any time. If you come back for more information, there is still never a charge. We want you to be sure and happy about our treatment plans. Only upon starting one of the packages are you, the client, charged.
Can I buy a package as a gift for someone else?
(A) Absolutely, this is one of the best things you can give as a gift. It keeps on growing, and the recipient will be thinking of you every time they do anything with their newly-restored hair.
What forms of payment do you accept?
(A) We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit and Personal/Corporate Cheques or Purchase Orders.
What other changes can I make to my lifestyle to keep my hair loss to a minimum?
(A) There are many facets to people's lifestyles, but, stress in today's life is a very large contributor to hair loss. Stress is best handled by regular exercise, nothing to strenuous but just regular and steady. This is probably the best all round activity that anybody can do in today's hectic schedules of work, play, getting kids to game and music practice. The other basics are good all round diets rich in greens, and best of all a good night's sleep.
Should I take vitamins or shampoos along with this treatment?
(A) With today's foods being deficient in many of the grounds nutrients, we as a group are generally lacking in some of the vitamins. In this case, a good all round multi-vitamins related to male or female is probably all that is required along with a balanced meal.
Special shampoos are not required with this program, it is usually another gimmick used to sell products at inflated prices. HOWEVER, there is a caveat here; many people assume that lots of lather on the head means that the hair is being well cleaned, this is not true. There are very good shampoo's out there on the market that do not lather very much at all, but they clean your hair far better than those high lather shampoo's. Folli-renew would recommend these styles of shampoos; in fact, we are looking at various options to help supply these products as a service to our clients.
Is there anything I can do to speed up the process for the appearance of hair re-growth?
(A) Hair will only grow at a certain rate; you can help this by reducing your stress levels, eating balanced meals, not smoking, and keeping your body fit. While this sounds like a tall order, it is not that hard if you only tackle one thing at a time. Never forget all peoples bad habits did not occur overnight, so it is not realistic to expect them to vanish overnight. In fact, by reducing bit by bit you will stand a far better chance of succeeding than by quitting a habit "cold turkey". In addition, you will allow your body to remove the toxins naturally from your body in a much more controlled way.
If I am completely bald (either all over or in one area), will the appearance of hair come back?
(A) A completely baldhead will be very difficult to recover if it was due to hereditary circumstances. If, however, it was due to an illness, then you could have a very good chance at recovering your hair.
Does my hair really grow back, or does it just look like it?
(A) All of our early-adopters actually re-grew their hair as a side effect of our scalp stimulation treatment. We have one subject that had absolutely no hair and no hope of any hair due to chemotherapy and then radiation. He now has hair on his head and is of course looking forward to having a complete head of hair through the scalp stimulation treatment.
What if I have a disease (such as cancer) or heart condition? Can I still get treatments?
(A) As with any treatment, we always recommend that you check with your family doctor as to the suitability of our treatments versus what your condition is. There are no known situations where there is a problem, with the possible exception of a heart pacemaker. We would require your physician's approval to treat you, and this is just a safeguard for you and your safety.
